Janet Street-Porter has turned Janet Street-Farmer, raising and slaughtering her own calves in a quest to get the nation eating veal.
So far Janet's convinced the next generation of meat eaters about the merits of eating the young meat but now it's time to tackle the adults.
She heads to the heart of Britain's beef community, Ripon in Yorkshire, and sets out her stall at a farmers market to convert the locals to the flavour of veal.
