Once in the water, Gordon is moving so fast, at times, it's impossible to see anything, let alone the elusive sea urchin.
"It's almost like you've got a speedboat on your arse," explains Gordon.
Despite searching the length of the coastline the search failed to turn up a single sea urchin.
