To maximise their chances of finding any urchins, Gordon and the crew must go out at first light when visibility in the sea is at its peak. It's also when the tide is at its most powerful. And it's freezing.
The crew have three hours to complete the dive before the tide changes direction. Gordon kits up and prepares to hit the cold, rapid sea.
