Sea urchins can be found anywhere in the west coast, so to improve their chances of netting some Gordon and the crew will have to cover a wide area and search as many of their hideouts as possible.
Drift diving is one of the fastest ways to move underwater. As the tide moves out and the volume of water drops, divers are sucked out to sea. Gordon is understandably nervous. On his debut dive he will cover two miles of coast in just 15 minutes.
Ronan Sweeney is the man making sure Gordon doesn't drown.
