Gary's got more pigeon tricks up his sleeve to teach Gordon. And since this one helps him get to the meat faster, Gordon's bound to like it.
Gordon's used to plucking pigeons but Gary thinks that's old hat.
"That's too messy and takes too long," he says, showing Gordon how to dislocate the wings and roll the meat straight out of the bird's skin. It's a bit like peeling a banana.
