Cosied up together in the hide, Gordon and Gary prepare for action. Gordon soon realises that the pigeons are trickier to bag than model planes. The pesky pests are lightening fast and always just out of Gordon's aim.
"You're not expected to do well straight away," reassures Gary.
"That pigeon actually came up to me, stuck two fingers up at me, shat on my head and flew off," says a frustrated Gordon.
After such a biologically impressive insult Gordon's out for revenge. At last he hits an elusive bird. A top notch shot can bag hundreds of birds a day. Gordon bags a respectable three.
