Keen to improve his marksman skills, Gordon has a shooting masterclass.
"Where do we shoot it?" he asks Gary. "Are we looking at the head?"
Gary approves.
"A good head kill, you don’t want to spoil the meat," he says.
It's a tiny target. To practise his sharp shooting, Gordon hones his skills on another flighty prey - a remote controlled aeroplane.
Gordon gets his eye in and it's not long before bits of plane are showering the countryside. It's impressive but the real thing is just a fraction of the size of these targets.
