Two months ago Gordon decided to create his own beer to complement the veal he'll be serving in the F Word restaurant.

Master brewer, Dougal, is back to help Gordon bottle up his brew. There's one stage to go - and it's a tasty one.

"Brewing Beer"Ramsay on Nov 10th show Ramsay had on Master Brewer Dougal what was the name of the beer he was trying to copy? Sounds very good and would like to purchase some if available here in Ontario

Chef Ramsay, I have been following you on the BBC and Fox network. The beer you made sounds amazing. Is there any chance you are going to sell it in England or the US? And thanks for having recipes available....you have awakened a pashion for food in me and my family...I can't thank you enough. Dave R
