Gordon makes a spicy Cajun marinade to cook his traditional cajun blackened catfish in before heating in a really hot pan.
He serves with a lemon vinaigrette and green salad. Simple and delicious.
The noodlers are impressed. Full of flavour and lower in fat than fried - how they normally eat it - the boys can eat themselves silly. And still fit down the holes and cracks.
