Gordon's gone to Oklahoma to learn how to make fish and chips. Make that catfish and chips - a species of marine life that's as ugly as it is delicious.
It has a similar taste to cod or halibut and it's a staple fare on the tables of the American South where the swamps and lakes are swimming with the species.
Coated in cornmeal and lightly fried they taste delicious - but if you want them fresh from the lake, you have to catch them yourself.
