Janet's been rearing veal for the F Word kitchen and Gordon's been left in charge of drinks.
To toast his veal, Gordon's going to be using a drink that's come back into fashion in a big way - beer. And to up the ante, he wants to brew his own.
Like wine, different beers have different characters. In order to find one that matches the delicate flavour of veal Gordon has to spend an afternoon down the boozer, beer-tasting. It’s a hard job but someone's got to do it.
