Boy, does Gordon love caviar.
"This is food at its finest and most prestigious. It's nutty, creamy, and bursting with flavour like individual pearls popping in your mouth."
Sadly for Gordon and other caviar connoisseurs wild caviar is under serious threat. Over-fishing of sturgeon in the Caspian Sea has put the fish in danger of extinction.
Gordon's looking for an alternative source and he thinks he's found it in sunny Spain.
