With the lunch service over, Gordon tries to step back into his super-chef shoes and shows the guys a recipe of his own - prawn, scallop and crispy duck tortellini. He's hoping to wow head chef, Henry, enough to get the concoction added to the menu.
Henry's not so impressed.
"I give it five out of ten," he says.
"Little fucker," is Gordon's measured response.
