Gordon's first mentor of the day has spent the last 20 years as a dim sum chef and rustled up more than two million of the tricky little parcels. He'll make an excellent coach for Gordon. Just as soon as they get over the language barrier.
With a teacher that speaks no English, Gordon calls in Fuscia Dunlop to translate. Let's hope she keeps the sailor talk to herself.
