Gordon's used to being the boss in the kitchen but it's back to school today as he prepares to learn the ropes from the experienced dim sum chefs.
The first problem is the size of the classroom. There's hardly enough space for Gordon to move his rugged 6'2 ft frame let alone get crafty with the crayfish.
And it's hot - really hot.
