Despite the grim weather, Janet's veal calves are drawing in the crowds. She's keen to capitalise on their popularity and has another pop at the fusty farmers.
"If we can convince the British public to eat veal then it would be economically viable to farm it," she offers.
It's a valiant effort, but it seems that these old boys, like Janet's veal pen, are stuck in the mud.
