Looking forward to cooking along with Gordon but not sure where to begin? Or hoping to get some top tips on the perfect way to sear a steak? Cookery expert Justine Pattison is on hand to help with all your queries

Justine writes: "I’ve always loved cooking and started experimenting in the kitchen when I was around six years old – creating culinary treats like scrambled goose eggs! I wrote my first recipe aged ten and haven’t stopped ever since. Over the past 18 years, I’ve written about food professionally for numerous magazines, cook books and television programmes. During this time, I’ve taught complete novices the basics of good cooking and worked with some of the UK’s top chefs."

  4. I am an international student from Malaysia studying in Warwick University. I have a great talent and passion for cooking. I create my own recipe, Yes give me any ingredient and I'll show you what I can do with it, I wok, I stir- fry, I baked, I 'Man' ( the Asian concept of cooking with controlling the right amount of heat/fire and moisture'), I stew, grill and most importantly, I am very well known in Warwick for my passion in cooking and my incredible sense of creativity. During my stay here as a student, I have had the unique opportunity to personally cooked for Mr Peter Boizot founder of PizzaExpress and the owner of Great Northern Hotel Peterborough. I am wondering what does it takes to to appear on your TV series.
