  2. We saw this show for the first time today and found it entertaining and informative. Participating in a cookalong is is an act of bravery considering things can go wrong in the kitchen so I applaud everyone who makes an effort. The recipe's this week looked scrumptious and the ingredients are available locally in Utica, New York; sorry they are less so in England. Belay your disappointment about the soup recipe containing Chorizo. Have you ever read the ingredients in Chorizo? Count your blessings! Sincerely. Trew

  5. Dear Gordon & The channel 4 team, You have totally ruined my evening...big fan of the show I am sure many thousands of others have done the same and will feel equally let down My local ASDA had sold out of marscapone cheese and horse chestnuts and i had to venture further spending more effort time and money to gather the ingredients i also noticed you and Gordon didnt have the courtesy to aplogise for the late change the smal consolation is that you have published the recipes so the food will not go to waste

  7. Won't it be nice to have something completely unseasonal when all we're eating is seasonal food at the mo. Love the menu

  8. Also very disappointed that menu has changed. Have bought the ingredients for the original menu. An explanation of why the menu has changed would be nice. Trust it was something pretty serious.

  9. After purchasing the expensive ingredients, i am extremely disapointed to hear that the menu has changed. And to change it on the day when people are meant to be cooking it? I am ashamed at whoever has made this mistake and feel let down

  17. Having recently become "addicted" to the cookalong on a friday night (and pleased that it has encouraged my boyfriend to cook!!) I am angry and upset that this weeks cookalong menu has been changed at the last minute and AFTER i purchased the ingredients for the menu that Gordon gave out on air last week, ehich i got from the web site on ly a few days ago. There are bound to be many people in the same situation and i feel it very unfair, especially at a time of year when money is short. I am very disappointed in channel four and i await your reply.
