  1. Hiya, great menu once again. The lamb kebabs was hubbies favourite. Loved the chicken tikka masala - will definately do that once again - AND now we have purchased a bamix today at your Taste of Christmas show at Excel, will use this in future - our Food processor was not able to mix the ingredients very well. It was great to see you Gordon too at your show, I didn't realise you were THAT tall.....love you, and when this series finishes, please don't leave it long till the next one...both me and Adam love it. He is really learning now to cook, and has never had the chance...thanks xxx

  2. The programme is very much like in the style of 'Top Gear'. It seems to target a wide enough audience- those who want to learn to cook- those entertained by the chef- as well as those who are true foodies. The programme is fast paced and keeps one on their toes- I must say that the time slot is rather late in the evening though.

  3. Do you think i can half the menu, theres only me and my boyfriend and theres no point in cooking food to waste. How do i half it, dont respond with an obvious answer, I dont want to miss out on the flavours by halfing something i shouldn't have! ANY HELP would be fab, as I really want join in this week, I've only watched so far! Thankyou... Layla x

  4. Why don't you have an easily printable ingredients list by course to allow a bit more preparation so I can keep up.
