  11. Got all the ingredients ready, now trying NOT to pre-prepare stuff before tomorrow but given the mad rush I migh just do the mashed potato. Love the whole series. A group of us have done them all, including the pilot back in January. Go Gordon, you're a complete nutter but a very watchable one!

  12. Can anyone let me know if any of the following is a bad idea... 1. Using 2 duck breast and 2 duck legs (I'll roast the egs in advance) 2. Using canned crab meat (all I could find) 3. Using chicory instead of pak choi 4. Using either spaghetti or rice noodles instead of angel hair pasta? This will be my first try at a cookalong... hope all goes well!

  20. Is it possible to have access to all the training videos. I would love to go back and watch some of the ones from previous weeks. Is there an archive of the older videos or can there please be an archive of all the training videos.....I just love Gordon's teaching method he is so direct and easy to follow in the training videos and I have enjoyed watching them immensley. I think Gordon should have a section just devoted to training videos perhaps even a whole website.....I would definantly subscribe to that....I would even pay to see them....learning with Gordon is so much fun :)))))))))))))

  21. For the past two cookalongs there has not only been the ingredients list but the cooking method as well, This has made it easy for me to do the pre of the veg and get what I need both equipment and ingrediencts reay for each course well in advance. There is no such posting this week, is there any chance that channel 4 will please post the method online this week too. Thanks

  22. Hi. I thought it was great last week that you could print off the recipe instructions in advance of the Cook Along to allow us to get prepared for what was coming! It certainly made it less hectic than Week 1!! So how come the recipes haven't been put up again for Week 3? Or am I not looking in the right place!? I'm sure the majority of people would really appreciate it if they could go up. Then we can all print them and use the recipes again in the future can't we! Hope you take this into account! Many thanks!
