I watched week 3 cook along live on Saturday 8th of November and thought that Amanda did well but you were both hilarious! :) I am cooking this dish with my Grandpa's supervision next week, and just wanted to say thankyou Gordon as you have inspired me too cook. Thanks again bye x

  3. The starter was fantastic and so tasty, it was surprising how quick it was to cook. The main course duck was lovely and i liked the greens just as much as the meat. The dessert went a bit wrong though but it was still good. It was great fun to do with friends.

  14. Angel Hair Pasta can also be called capellini. If you can't find it, it's just very finely shredded pasta so buy the thinest you can in the shops.

  19. Loving the cookalongs, have done both and will continue to do each week. Love Gordon's recipes. First week had goats cheese and loved it, normally I don't like it. My husband ate lasagne with a white sauce, his parents are Italian and where they are from DO NOT use white sauce in lasagne, but my husband begrudgingly ate it, and said it was nice. I hope there will be more cookalongs after this series.
