  1. We invited friends over tonight to experience a live Cookalong had a great time, fantastic watching our two men cooking for the first time, really loved what they cooked too. But you could only do this if you have Sky plus in the kitchen! which would you believe we subscribed to just to do the cookalong with Gordan, (yes you are right we don't get out much)!. Question? - were we just supposed to watch the show or is the idea to get people at home cooking along (clue in the title), because if it was then as we said you could not do that without the ability to listen, pause and re-run. Not being too critical but our very pedantic and fussy men were really annoyed about some ingredients being missed out of the live demo but then shown in the summary! Hope all that makes sense, love the idea but think it could be so much better, despite the gorgeous Gordan Ramsay being the host/star, which ought to overcome most things. Debbie and Toni.

  2. Please please please let me know what the music that is used in the main programme - it sounds like a re-mix of something that I believe may come from "Reservoir Dogs" - but I love it! Great concept - keep it up! Andy

  3. I'm sorry, but i really didnt enjoy this one anywhere near as much as the very first one, and i ADORE Gordon, i watch anything and everything that he does. The reason was the studio, the first one was not done in the same kind of studio, it felt like you were watching him cooking in his kitchen. But, saying that i will be watching it anyway, as i think he's fantastic..

  5. i have been looking forward to this first one of cook along for a while now. never thought i would have a problem with anything!! but i was wrong - i thought it would be ok to shop for ingredients on the day of the show, only to find that rhubarb is no longer in season and not available in any good supermarkets or two of my local specilalist green grocers!! i now have no rhubarb and so can not finish the menu!! i am very dissapointed and would have expected gordon to have thought this through properly!! i have now waisted money buying all the other ingredients for the rhubarb as well!

  6. Myself and 3 other friends are taking part with the cookalong on friday and we have worked it out that after raiding our cuborads it will only cost £7 each!! that less then we would spend on the usual take away we we would order or even going out for a meal together. Don't get me wrong I Do know the value of a pound , afterall I am a single mum!! Theresa
