How to make Mexican poached eggs

Poached eggs are a great way of dropping a dress size.

Gizzi shares her tips on how to make them Mexican-style in Farah's Episode.

How to make them

What you need to do

  • Add a splash of white wine vinegar into a pan of boiling water
  • Then drop in a large pinch of salt
  • Crack an egg
  • Stir the water in the pan until there's a cyclone effect in it
  • Drop in the egg
  • Leave to poach for two to three minutes

Then simply the serve the poached egg on a corn tortilla with spicy tomato sauce.
