Lisa had a craving for takeaways, quick-fix microwave meals, and greasy fish and chips.
She also loved calorie-crammed biscuits, cakes and chocolate treats.
Six weeks after spending time with the girls, Lisa lost over eight pounds and dropped two dress sizes, from a 16 to a 12.
Lisa works for an IT company in Hammersmith and lives in Surrey with her dad and sister.
In her spare time, she is a stage manager for the Ministry of Burlesque. She absolutely loves dancing but found her weight hindered her confidence on stage.
She always wears a corset when she dances, but wanted to be able to wear other costumes rather than constantly feeling she had to tuck her tummy in.
At work, Lisa ate a hefty lunch. She normally grabbed something from the canteen which could have been anything from cheesy lasagne to deep-fried fish.
Lisa survived on takeaway meals. Her favourite was a burger but she'd happily opt for fish and chips, a Chinese or a curry. On the rare occasion she didn't have a takeaway, Lisa would indulge in a microwave meal.
Until a few years ago, Lisa had always been a size 10 to 12 and never needed to watch her diet.
She didn't want her weight to spiral out of control, so was in desperate need of help to keep it at bay.
With help from Harry, Gizzi, Sal and Sophie, Lisa got over her kitchen crisis, controlled her cravings and found some appetising alternatives.
