

With help from the girls, this full-time mum from Middlesex streamlined her size 14 curves into a size 12 dress in six weeks.
Jill (aged 36) couldn't resist take-away chow mein, hamburgers and calorie-loaded, shop-bought desserts.
Having recently got divorced, and with no husband to feed, she started to get lazy with the food she chose to eat, and her cooking.
As she wanted to find a new man, she had to get back into shape!
Jill was also worried that her daughter would pick up bad habits, as she always ate on the run. It would just be whatever was quick and easy which is why she couldn't keep the weight off or lose it!
She ate at all the wrong times and always ate again at around 4pm because she was usually starving!
Dinner would be whatever was in the fridge, which was usually chicken, or she'd get a takeaway.
Her biggest weakness is wine, and her favourite foods are: Chinese, Thai, burgers and chips, anything with chicken, cake, fish fingers, beans and chips, and chicken pie and chips.
She's tried most diets but the weight always comes back on again after the diet finishes.
Harry, Gizzi, Sal and Sophie transformed Jill from a super-snacker and taught her how to get back into the kitchen.
The result? No more chubby curves or flabby tummy.
