Annie before and after

Annie, aged 36 from London, wanted to drop a dress size in six weeks without giving up her favourite foods.

She's always been a foodie person but when she became a broker in the city, she went out for dinner and drinks all the time and the weight went on.

Annie's a full-time mum now, but she's gone up and down weight-wise since having her children.

Harry, Gizzi, Sal and Sophie got on the case and came up with great skinny alternatives to her favourite dishes: roast dinners, pasta carbonara, chocolate truffles and apple crumble.

The question is, did the girls skinny recipe versions really work?

Annie started out a size 16, but after eating healthier versions of her favourite foods she lost 9lbs.

This dropped her down an amazing two dress sizes to a 12. It just goes to show that you really can cook yourself thin.
