About Cook Yourself Thin

Cook Yourself Thin: Series 1 was hosted by four cool cooks - Harry, Gizzi, Sal, and Sophie.

They regularly had their cake, ate it and still looked gorgeous.

Armed with their skinny secrets and a ballistic bomb calorie-counter, they proved that you can drop a dress size in six weeks and still stuff your face.

The fabulous four are serious foodies, who won't make any compromises when it comes to flavour - their dishes first and foremost must taste great.

They showed you their tricks - how to double the taste whilst halving the calories. These girls don't do denial.

Burgers, curries, and chocolate cake were all on the menu and don't pile on the pounds if you cook it their way.

So if you want to streamline those curves, get yourself back into the kitchen and Cook Yourself Thin.

  3. This is a great show, and it really helped with bad eating habits. Why did it get canceled - is it because it was showing america how to eat? and still lose.

  7. I've watched the series and truly appeciate all that you are doing to help with weight loss while still enjoying the foods people tend to splurge on. Are you ever going to have someone like myself, who is almost 300 lbs, on the show? I would like to be able to see someone who truly needs to readjust their eatings habits lose a dress size in 6 weeks.

  10. I love Olive Oil and on your show you use Olive Oil for everything. I have heard that using Olive Oil when frying to a high degree is doubled in the calories. Is that true?

  11. I just started watching your show and I love it. I am 51 and at 5'1 I am weighing 157. I love food but I have really tried to cut down and cut out and have had a problem. My biggest problem is that I hate diet foods. Watching your show I see how you add things and take out things and it still taste good. I order your cookbook and can't wait to start cooking to get thin. I really need help and hope this will do it. You girls keep up the good work.
