About the show

We're a nation which loves our celebrity chefs but it's causing us one big problem.

Our favourite chefs have seduced us with their glossy recipes and deliciously indulgent dishes - it all tastes great but eating too much of it can make us look enormous!

In this programme, Harry and Sophie came to the rescue of Lisa, a size-16 foodie who loves her celebrity chefs.

Her favourite fancy recipes may taste gorgeous but they weren't helping her to shift the bulge.

Could Harry and Sophie halve the calories but still match the chefs on flavour?

They had four weeks to help Lisa drop a dress size. Bangers and mash, spaghetti bolognaise, fish pie, roast lamb, and sticky toffee pudding were all on the menu.

Find out if Lisa shed the pounds here.

Plus Sophie took on top chef Jean Christophe Novelli in a posh potato challenge, and Harry competed against James Martin's delicious chocolate brownies in a street taste-test.
