Famida Wilson has her guests' mouth hanging open on Come Dine With Me York. Sadly, not because of her food

Fiery Famida hopes her glamour and style will do the talking on her night as host.
"I'd like to think there will be some class tonight, and I hope the guests appreciate that," she says.

Famida might be in her 50s but her wardrobe wouldn't look out of place on a woman half her age. And if she ruffles some feathers, so what?
"The husbands are usually positive but of course the wives are going to be negative," she admits. For tonight's classy evening, she wears a bright orange cropped halter top.

While Famida cooks the starter, the guests take a peek through her glamorous wardrobe and Andy makes it quite clear what he thinks of their host's striking style.
"It's the sort of outfit you'd wear if you were going to a party where you all chuck your car keys in a pot."

Famida's food is impressive but the guests can't get off the topic of her clothes. In fact, Claire can't contain herself: "If I took you shopping I could make you look a million times better than you do now."
"You don't have to take me shopping," comes the reply, "because all my clothes are fabulous and they suit me perfectly well."

With Famida's fashion sense dissected, talk turns to Claire's chatting. Andy thinks Claire won't shut up, Chris thinks Andy is being too harsh. As the guests split sides, Claire and Chris buddy up and Famida finds an unlikely ally in Andy. It's going to be an explosive finale.

Followed by a classy main of pan-fried monkfish on green lentils

For pudding, a Caribbean dish of flambéed plantain with a rum sauce
