Another bout of cut-throat catering as Come Dine With Me lands in Milton Keynes and four amateur cooks battle it out for the glory and grand prize of £1,000.

Seventies fanatic, Mark Francke, kicks off the week’s festivities with a menu to match his love of all things retro, much to his guests’ displeasure. If glam rock memorabilia wasn’t enough, Mark dons a kilt to showcase his love for the Highland jig. Get ready for some hilarious, if not slightly disconcerting dancing scenes.

Aspiring musician, Mike Robinson, is up next, and hopes his traditional Caribbean fare will appropriately impress. However the semi-trained chef makes a schoolboy error of epic proportions – a significant lack of booze – rendering his night flawed for his fussy guests.

Day three of the competition sees Eliana Amato lay on a spread fit to feed the 5,000 and a suspicious Mark is consequently left to believe that the evening’s host is a secret 'feeder'. However her secret is revealed to be even more sinister when her alter ego - Applejack the Clown - makes a special appearance, leaving her guests dumbstruck.

Rounding things off is well-to-do Bev Darlow, who intends to show her fellow competitors true stylish dining. Yet even with the flashiest of food, the guests find something to grumble about - and Bev is less than impressed with their lack of manners. Can the glitz and glamour of Bev’s evening secure her the coveted Come Dine With Me crown?
