Corrie's Les Battersby is a battered cod man, but will actor Bruce Jones have a more sophisticated palate on Celebrity Come Dine With Me?
Bruce's guests don't seem too convinced. "When I think of Bruce in the kitchen I just want to laugh," says Yvette. And the cook himself admits he's never cooked a three course meal before.
Bruce starts well but comes unstuck at the sauce; first he adds arrowroot to thicken, then milk to thin, then some more arrowroot to thicken, then some milk⦠"This sauce is really hard," he frets.
While Bruce clucks around his overcooked chicken, his guests exchange embarrassing tales. Once again Yvette is keen to share all. "I once went myself, when I was 16, on a street," she declares.
The straight speaking presenter has wowed her guests all week with her eagerness to bare all and on the final night she explains why; "He's possessed me," says Yvette, "Roy Walker is the devil."

Bruce got his meal started with the dinner party classic prawn cocktail

Bruce's meaty main consisted of chicken roulade with black pudding served with cream sauce.

To finish with a fruity flourish Bruce served summer pudding.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Bruce's pudding for copyright reasons but try this tasty summer pudding instead.
