David Fishlock is a bank manager who's hoping to hold his guests' interest on Come Dine With Me Teesside
David is a cunning banker with a game plan to divide and conquer his guests by pretending to be a super nice guy: "It'll be important for me to get to understand what makes them tick, but I also think it'll be important for me to come across as being a pretty nice guy... I don't really want them to get on too well."
After a week of squabbles between his rivals, it looks like he might have struck gold.
"Dave's the one everyone loves," coos Wayne.
But, if David is to score with his guests, they'll have to keep their food down, something Michelle's worried about after hitting the bottle big time at Jane's house. "I remember arriving and that's about it," she admits, bashfully.
The guests bond over a mutual appreciation of David, and it looks like the bonhomie might even call time on the Wayne-Jayne war. "On the inside she's cava but she wants us to think she's a vintage Champagne," Wayne explains. "Most of us can only afford cava and, deep down, most of us love cava."
Over dinner, Dave steps up the charm offensive but, just when it looks like the prize money is in the bank, he drops a bombshell.
"How about a singalong?" he chips. His choice? Leaving on a Jet Plane. Yes, there's nothing like a song about abandoning your lover to get a dinner party going.

Dave served chicken satay with noodle salad as his starter. Unfortunately we can't bring you his recipe due to copyright reasons, but try this chicken satay version instead.

Smoked salmon fishcakes and chips came next on Dave's dinner lineup.

Dave ended things off with chocolate, caramel and banana bread pudding served with vanilla ice cream.
