
Property developer, Matt, is a Yorkshire man born and bred. Can his simple tastes satisfy his Come Dine With Me Huddersfield guests?
True Yorkshireman, Matt Buckingham, is proud of his heritage: "Yorkshire born, Yorkshire bred, strong in t' arm, good in bed," he explains.
And Matt's got some straightforward thoughts on food. "It'd be ridiculous not to know how to cook," he tells us, "because you get hungry every three hours."
Matt's making pate for starters and all's going well until he drops it all over the side. Waste not want not, he feeds it to the dog.
After forgetting Laura's wine things start heading down hill and then his diners tell him his glassware smells of fish. It's all on the ice cream to pull back some points. Your ice cream has frozen hasn't it, Matt?

As an appetiser Matt served chicken liver pate with French bread followed by a starter of cream of tomato soup.

It was salmon for the main course served with mushroom and tarragon sauce and carrots and roast potatoes.
