Speech therapist, Laura Seeley, has a fondness for coming first. But will she make a winning host on Come Dine With Me Huddersfield?
Laura likes to win. "If I don't win this competition I'm going to sulk," she grins.
She's kept her hosts on their toes all week as she'll only drink a specific type of wine. Now it's her turn to cook she's going all out to impress serving a Middle Eastern themed menu with a complex starter of three different dishes.
Her guests arrive and Matt's bearing a beautiful bunch of flowers. But wait a minute, they look familiar. Weren't they the bunch Neil gave him last night?
Laura's Moroccan cooking is going down a storm but she's getting held up by the presentation. As she dithers over the dish design her food starts to go cold. Will she be left with style over substance?

It was Middle Eastern mezze for starters including broad bean pate, flatbreads, slow roasted tomatoes and falafel with aioli.

For a Moroccan main Laura served prune and lamb tagine with couscous and green beans.
Unfortunately we can’t bring you Laura’s recipe for copyright reasons, but here's a lamb tagine to tickle your tastebuds.

To round off the night she served poached pears with lavender infused mascarpone.
Unfortunately we can't bring you this recipe due to copyright reasons, but why not try this Italian baked pears with lavender ice cream.
