Hair salon boss, Christine, wants her Come Dine With Me Huddersfield guests to have fun. It's not much to ask but it's not a given
"The perfect ingredients to a great dinner party are great guests who know how to enjoy themselves, are up for a laugh and basically want to have a nice time," says Christine simply.
But when her guests arrive the drink isn't flowing for all her diners. "I can only drink white Zinfandel," explains Laura. Ever the accommodating host, Christine gets on the phone to her sister with an urgent booze request.
It's not long before talk turns to cooking talent with the guests eager to gauge the competition. "I made homemade pasta," admits Laura and everyone looks impressed. "They looked like testicles," she continues to her rivals' relief.
Christine's food is going down a treat; that is until Neil spots an olive. "I hate olives," he cries. "You can stick 'em up your arse one at a time." Not a fan then.

To start the party off Christine served Roquefort soufflé with plant pot bread.

Christine took a Spanish turn with her main course serving a chicken and chorizo basque.
Unfortunately we can’t bring you Christine’s recipe for copyright reasons, but try this chicken and chorizo paella instead.

Finally for dessert she served the stylishly titled iced apple snow.
