Keiron dished up a menu with music to charm his Come Dine With Me Bristol guests
23 year old care worker and poet, Keiron Allen, is fit - and he knows it.
"I have the opportunity of charming a group of middle aged women," he grins.
They might not like the 'middle aged' part, but the both ladies are certainly responding to the poet's lyrics.
Keiron is keen to create a laid back night and to set the scene, he's set up a band in his bedroom for a soft jazz musical interlude. And it's not long before Angelique is swaying.
Despite low expectations of their host's culinary skills, doubting diners are wolfing down the poet's plates of pasta and pork and, as Keiron proves to be a dark horse, the competition heats up.
"Lots of passion and love and culture and enthusiasm went into these dishes," enthuses Angelique.
Still, there's no such thing as a perfect man and Sarah's found Keiron's stinky secret - a grotty bog. Isn't it ironic?
"I have to confess something," she shares, "I just stuck a whole load of bleach down your loo."
But Keiron insists he's a model of hygiene.
"I'm quite an anal cleaner myself," he explains. And from the sound of windy-pops at the table, so is someone else.

Keiron silenced his doubters with a scrumptious serving of chicken and pancetta tagliatelle.

Angelique thought the pork tenderloin on a bed of cassava topped with pork belly was worthy of Gordon Ramsay.

Use your measuring jugs to serve a successful version of Keiron's lemon mouse with homemade ginger thins.
