Four super competitive cooks from Birmingham take it in turns to host their idea of the perfect dinner party.

Entertainments organiser, Claudine Stevens, thinks her guests will be impressed by her VIP night; but hairdresser Katie Smith is immediately put out when Claudine disses her choice of dress.

Super-polite Kishor Paw is swiftly bored by man-about-town Mike Olley, as Mike apparently can't stop talking. The week rapidly descends into back-biting and face-pulling with a dose of shouting thrown in to hinder the digestion.

After four nights of dinners and drama, which one of the guests will walk away with the £1000 prize?

Please help: How do I get to watch one of the previous programmes of Come Dine With Me, watched it 2 weeks ago on IPlayer & now all I get is a black blank screen with a list of all the other CDWM's beneth it with the days I've got left to watch it. I'm able to watch the Catch Up's but not the whole programme. Many thanks for your help in advance. Amma

  4. I love CDWM, I too could watch it every night, the mix is great and it just goes to show that different groups in society can (usually) get on - food certainly brings people together. It's hugely entertaining with a great insight into other people's dinner parties. Keep on making them!!
