Beauty queen, Samira, always has a smile on her face and refuses to let life get her down. "I'm always really happy," she tells us.
But the pageant princess will need all her good grace to keep the peace this evening as there's a war raging between rival hosts, Annie and Sharon. "I'm going to make sure they don't argue," Samira vows, doubtfully.
Samira will be drawing on her Arabic roots to give her evening some Eastern flavour and has even organised some belly dancing as table side entertainment.
The guests are due to arrive but Samira's spent most of her time getting ready. Rushing to finish she heaps a spoonful of cinnamon in her curry by mistake. It's a good a tactic as any for keeping them sweet.
After the guys have finished shaking their tail feathers at the bemused dancer, talk turns to Nick's single status. "I'm going to set Nick up," promises the beautiful Samira, "with my mum."
To get her party started Samira served meat skewers with homemade hummus and tsatziki.
Spicing things up with her main course, Samira served Moroccan chicken with herb potatoes and couscous.
Finally to make sure her guests went home feeling peachy, Samira served the temptingly titled peach delight.
