Nightclub DJ, Nick, isn't just after the £1000 prize. "There's an added bonus of meeting lots of great looking girls," he admits.
The man about town isn't too confident about his cooking especially as he's serving a controversial supper of steak tartare. "The main course is too much of a gamble," he muses, "I think it's too risky."
To boost his confidence Nick calls in some help and, while his friend Alison gets busy in the kitchen, a scantily clad Stephanie sets up a pole dancing pole.
Samira's alarmed to be facing a plate of raw meat while Sharon deposits her beef patty in a nearby plant pot without being seen. Nick's food hasn't been the biggest hit, so it's all on the entertainment to win him some points.

Nick serves a truly Welsh trio for starters: cockles, laverbread and bacon.

It's a risky choice for the main course as Nick serves steak tartare with homemade chips and asparagus in a tomato salsa.

To top his evening off Nick served fruit salad with flavoured creams.
