This feisty fitness freak is the first to host her own when Come Dine With Me visits Royal Berkshire
Fitness instructor, Helen Kent, is a bit of a firecracker. By her own admission, she's a hyperactive Tasmanian devil so there's no chance of easing gently into the week of dining in Royal Berkshire.
Her guests are in for a treat as Helen isn't just a good host, or even an excellent host. No, she's a superb host. Her words. And if her food doesn't do the job, Helen's got a double whammy back up plan - she's bought each guest a balloon and she's going to give them a hug.
Surprisingly, Helen's right-in-your-face entertaining style goes down a treat and it's not long before her guests are in full voice chatting away like old friends. Belgian foodie, Fred, shows off his posh watch while glamorous mum-of-two, Sarah, eyes up fellow diner, Tony.
"He looks like Justin Timberlake," she gushes. Cry me a river.
The dinner goes down a treat, though fuss-pot Fred's not impressed with the presentation of the papillotes - that's foil bags to you and me. As the night draws to a close, the guests end their meal in the traditional fashion - sucking the helium out of balloons and making rude jokes.

Helen keeps it sweet and simple with a classic starter of serrano and prosciutto ham and fresh figs.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Helen's recipe, but try this
fig and Parma ham recipe.

Only the best will do for Helen's guests. She serves up wild organic salmon fillet en papillote.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Helen's recipe, but try this

If only every muddle was as tasty as this crowd-pleasing pudding. Even Fred was almost impressed by Helen's banoffee mess.
