At 27 glamazon, Carla, is the baby of the Come Dine With Me Plymouth group but she's certainly able to hold her own. "Either you like me or you don't," fronts the feisty femme
Carla likes a little spice with her dinner party and is not above stirring things up to spark a cat fight. But it looks like there are no worries on that front. Sharron arrives and is desperate to get going with a good old bitch about David. She's got a list of complaints as long as her face and they're not just for behind his back.
Carla's mysteriously tiny cutlery gives Sharron the perfect chance to pounce on the hapless David.
"They'd be alright for you, David," she laughs.
"Sorry, Goliath," David retorts. Ding ding! Round two.
Perhaps the iced pudding will cool things off? Culinary queens, Natalie and Sharron, are less than impressed by Carla's shop-bought supplies, but if David thought that was going to mean a respite from the taunts he was very wrong. Sharron's got plenty of bullets left for the hen-pecked hombre. Mostly because of his habit of sniffing at every meal. It's all a bit much for the man who describes himself as a Labrador puppy and by the cab ride home the mouthy missus has reduced him to tears.

It's speedy and scrumptious to start, with Carla's crab cakes with mango mayonnaise and spicy sweetcorn soup.

Yum yum chicken - does exactly what it says on the tin.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Carla's yum yum recipe but, for a spicy chicken treat, try our panfried chicken on chilli with charmoula butter recipe instead.

The guests might be all fired up but pudding was a cool passion fruit sorbet with raspberry coulis.
