Patriotic purist, Bob, has been criticising his fellow contestants all week. Will his constant put downs lose him precious points in Come Dine With Me Aberdeen?
Bob knows what he likes and he likes Scotland. Having been harshly critical of his rivals' repasts throughout the week, he'll have to pull out all the stops to impress his guests.
Before starting his preparation, the paranoid publican sets some traps around the house to catch any guests rummaging in his drawers. Whistling while he works, Bob trills out the tune to 'I'm in the money'. Somehow the week's grumpiest guest thinks he has it in the bag.
For dessert Bob's cooking up grilled strawberries with Pimms, ice cream and his homemade shortbread biscuits. "My mother-in-law loves my shortbread, absolutely loves it," he boasts. Shame she's not invited. To greet his guests Bob's hired a piper to escort his guests up the lawn. But the sight of a man in a skirt is too much for a newly-single Laura who makes a grab for the poor man's kilt.
The Scottish supper is getting a mixed reaction and it's all on the dessert to win Bob some vital points. But it seems he might have gone overboard with his alcoholic dressing and the majority of the fruit is left languishing on people's plates. "Everybody loves strawberries," insists an outraged Bob. Erm, apparently not.
Bob's cooked his heart out to try and get his guests' vote but will his previous put downs lose him precious points?

To get the party started Bob serves Cullen Skink Tart with green salad. Unfortunately we can't bring you Bob's recipe but why not try Hugh's smoked fish pie instead?

For the main course, Bob's serves a traditional Scottish dish of Stoved Howtowdie with stuffing and veg…or roast chicken and gravy with a poached egg to you and me. Unfortunately we got bring you Bob's Scottish recipe but why not try this pot roasted guinea fowl instead?

To finish off his evening Bob served grilled strawberries with Pimms, ice cream and homemade shortbread biscuits.
