White Stilton with apricot is a pretty speciality cheese. It has Protected Designation of Origin status, meaning that it can only be made in the three counties of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire to a specified recipe.

Serve with: toasted brioche, sweet peppers.

What to drink it with: goes well with a drop of Sherry, Cava or a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio.
