Tribute singer, Danielle, specialises in Amy Winehouse impersonations and plans to treat her guests to an impromptu performance on Come Dine With Me Southampton.
As her guests sip their pre-dinner drinks she dons a black beehive and takes to the stage. Danielle had kept her penchant for performing a secret, so the show comes as quite a surprise. Amy and Liz clap enthusiastically but Eleanor looks bemused.
Still dressed as Amy, Danielle serves her starter but, just like the real singer, she's suddenly shaky on her feet and a mishap at the fridge sees the dessert on the floor.
"I actually think that might have been done on purpose," jokes Amy. Let's hope the chicken isn't served back to black.
For starters Danielle served homemade beef carpaccio on an orange and beetroot salad. Unfortunately, we can't bring you Danielle's recipe for copyright reasons but for a similar dish try this rare roast beef recipe instead.
For the main event it was chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and chorizo all served with red pepper cream.
To finish Danielle made dark and white marbled chocolate ganache served with amaretti biscuits. Unfortunately, we can't bring you Danielle's recipe for copyright reasons but for a similar dish try this chocolate cheesecake recipe instead.
