Cherries, black or otherwise, add finesse to any dinner table with their dark, sleek skins and sweet, sharp taste. However, outside of 1983 or small Northern towns with tarts named after them, glacé cherries should never be deemed posh.
Most foods will struggle to look stylish when they're covered in sticky syrup and not even a lobster can make a fruit nipple look classy.
