Flight steward, Lee Stafford, has spent 10 years hosting first class dinner parties in the sky so he's confident he can serve up a meal to blow his guests away in Come Dine With Me Portsmouth
To make sure his dinner table looks just so, Lee's insisted on a red and black dress code for the evening to complement his tableware. Ever the gentleman, he'll be rewarding the ladies' efforts with luxurious presents of sweets and smellies.
After a peaky performance at last night's dinner, Lynne is eager to explain why she was out of spirits. She thinks she's coming down with a cold. But as she drains her glass of champers the others don't seem convinced.
For a flashy finale Lee decides to make his soufflés live before his guests - and even upturns his egg whites over Kate's head to show off his stiffened peaks. Lee's food is a hit but it's not just his cooking that's put a smile on the ladies' faces. "You've got the face of winner Lee," congratulates Kate, "and the arse."
Maria delves eagerly into the soufflé but leaves most of the chocolate splashed on her face. Rather than offer a napkin, Sheena decides to lick it off with her tongue. Steady on ladies, it's only day two.

To get his party off to a flying start Lee served cheesy stuffed mushrooms on a bread bun with salad. Unfortunately we can't bring you Lee's recipe for copyright reasons but for a similar dish try these pesto and Camembert stuffed mushrooms instead.

For the main event Lee served spatchcock-style chicken breast wrapped in pancetta with homemade sausage stuffing alongside leek, spinach, cheese and potato gratin, roasted baby carrots and baby corn.

To finish with a flourish Lee served raspberry soufflé with raspberry coulis and dark chocolate sauce.
