Wendy Atkinson is hoping to warm the crowd with her friendly smiles. Will it be enough to win over these wily diners?
Smiley, newly-wed Wendy Atkinson has thrown the diet out of the window for this competition but has been severely disappointed with the lack of stodge on offer.
Having smiled politely through three successive dinner parties she reveals her game plan: to make people like her and gain more points. Will her naughty but nice tactics pay off?
As a back up plan Wendy's called in some help to make her look beautiful. Having popped the starter in the oven she settles down for a makeover, and the look she's going for is dramatic and smoky. How very Mystic Meg.
Mask complete she tarts up the house with a few candles and slips into something a little less comfortable - just in time to greet Seamus, who has turned up in a kilt. How will Zara be able to resist?
Wendy is counting on new best friend Zara to score her highly given their new found bond but has her mate been playing it straight?

For starters Wendy rustles up Hugh Fernley Whittingstall's game terrine served with redcurrant jelly, green salad and hot buttered toast. However, she leaves out the pigeon, duck, hare, juniper berries and the brandy in the recipe, and uses only the venison livers. She also uses ciabatta bread for the breadcrumbs and red mulled wine instead of normal red wine, using a bottle of champagne to ‘weigh it down’.

Wendy served roast loin of pork for her main course with a homemade apricot and pine nut stuffing.
Unfortunatley we can't bring you Wendy's recipe but try Gordon's roast loin of pork with mustard mash.

To round off her repast Wendy served apple, cinnamon and raisin crumble with clotted cream ice cream.
