Fussy hairdresser Sam goes on a voyage of discovery with her menu. Will her untested dishes go down well with the guests?
Sam's feeling adventurous when it comes to her menu and decides to cook things she's never eaten before - like butternut squash and soya yoghurt. But will her slap dash throw-it-all-in attitude pay off?
Sam's not worried. As she sees it Tony's cooking nearly made her throw up so now it's pay back time - perhaps not the best attitude to have if you're trying to win a fine dining competition.
And she surprises herself. The starter's a success and even 'the man from vegan' is impressed. But talk is still strained between Tony and Jan. The mouthy grandma had been left feeling bullied after Tony's get together.
Sam averts arguments by letting them all in on her weird food aversions. She won't eat food if it's touching other food. That's beans on toast off the menu then.
Sam kicks off her dinner party with this please all vegan starter.
Unfortunately we can't bring you Sam's recipe but try this stuffed peppers with tomato and feta cheese recipe
For meat eaters, Sam broadens her culinary horizons with a nice bit of pork.
