Fusspot Shaida, from Come Dine With Me - Manchester, likes things just so and is not the sort of person to let herself go. "I always used to say to my friends, 'If I get really fat, just shoot me'," she trills. You could always just diet. Will her uptight attitude go down well with her guests?
Shaida's been a bit of an outsider all week, locking horns with her guests and coming over all critical. To curry favour at her evening she's putting on some mysterious entertainment titled 'Shaida's surprise'. "Is she going to be nice?" snipes Chris.
Probably not. But she is going to dance for them as Shaida's an award-winning ballroom dancer. The surprise entertainment is called Keith.
Let's hope the dancing is a bigger hit than the dinner as her guests don't seem keen on the spicy cuisine. "It's food you expect to be served in prison," sums up Dave.
Shaida and Keith trip the light fantastic before bringing in dance partners for her guests to have a turn with. The guests are digging the dancing but will it make up for the dinner?

Shaida rustled up a curious starter of roly-poly meatloaf.

The main course of lamb kichro was inspired by Shaida's Tanzanian roots.

To round off her dinner Shaida served pineapple cheesecake with a side of mixed fruit. Unfortunately, we can't bring you Shaida's dessert for copyright reasons but for a similar dish try this gooseberry cheesecake instead.
