First to host is Lee Eley. Lee's game plan is to wow his guests with a lavish Bond themed evening complete with glamorous Bond-girls.

Brian is the first guest to arrive and he is thrilled to be greeted by two bikini clad, gold sprayed local lasses. The evening takes an amusing turn when the guests discover Lee's massive collection of Barbies - 'peculiar for a full grown man', says Brian.

Lee serves up a classic Bond cocktail - vodka martini – shaken not stirred. Lacking Bond's suave decorum, Lee finds himself losing control as the martinis take hold. There's a spillage, some slurring and a very messy pudding.

Meanwhile, in the dining room, Brian discovers that Brenda may be small but she really does pack a punch.

Starter

Crunchy fried strips of calamari served with a duo of dips

Octopussy - crunchy fried strips of calamari served with a duo of dips

Main Course

beef Wellington

Bond's beef Wellington

Dessert

Raspberry and passion fruit mousse

From Russia with love - heart-shaped raspberry and passion fruit mousse with vodka and raspberry coulis.

We don't have Lee's recipe, but if you're tempted by this berry-rich mousse, why don't you try summer fruit mess?
